You select your shipping method on checkout , and delivery is offered by the carriers below . Click on the Carrier logo for their tracking site and please read the description under the carrier name for dispatch timeframe 

 * Kindly note that if you are sending back a faulty / incorrect item , and once we have verified it is faulty and it is in warranty , we will refund you the cost of shipping at the Post Office insured parcel rate . Note that this is a 5 day service , and the cost of sending should be no more than R60 . If you send the item back using any other method , we will only refund you the R60

If you select Postnet as a delivery option , please make sure that you have added the postnet branch details to the delivery addresses in your account profile to ensure that the order goes to the correct branch . If no Postnet address is added , then your order will go to the Postnet nearest to your delivery address

Pargo collect from us Mornings , Monday - Thursday. If you selected PARGO as a delivery option , please make sure that you have added your preferred PARGO POINTS address to the delivery addresses in your account profile to ensure that the order goes to the correct PARGO POINT . If no PARGO POINT is added , then your order will go to a random PARGO POINT close to your registered address

LOCAL SHIPPING ( SOUTH AFRICA )

 Please take note of the following 

* Paid orders placed before 15h00 will be dispatched the next working day .

* All used items will be tested for a full 48 hours before dispatch

* Courier services to hospitals , schools , townships ,mines ,  plots or flats have a R150 surcharge

* Please note that while delivery time are accurate most of the time , we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping . Times quoted are a guide provided by the couriers and reflect normal operating delivery times and do not reflect on delivery problems and delays . This is beyond our control . Please contact the couriers directly for additional information about your delivery

* Insurance is optional , but is recommended to cover you on the event of a lost or damaged parcel . If you do not take out insurance , you will be liable in the event of a lost or damaged parcel 

Courier service  : If you are within 50KM of a major center , delivery will be 2-4 working days after dispatch  . Regional and remote locations will be a 3-7 working day period  . Major centres are determined by the courier company , and are listed as : Bloemfontein , Cape Town , Durban , Johannesburg , Pretoria

Postnet Branch : Postnet dispatch days are Mondays and Wednesdays  . You will collect your order at your nearest Postnet Branch . Delivery times from dispatch is 3-4 days . NOTE : If you select Postnet as a delivery option , please make sure that you have added the postnet branch details to the delivery addresses in your account profile to ensure that the order goes to the correct branch . If no Postnet address is added , then your order will go to the Postnet nearest to your delivery address

 

 

International Shipping 

International shipping is handled by DHL Express , ARAMAX and EMS International . Insurance is optional at 2% of the order value , but is recommended . Note that there is no insurance option with EMS - Shipping is at your risk when sending via EMS

DHL Express / ARAMAX  is the recommended courier , with fast and reliable delivery with full tracking  . Time frames ( excluding Custom Delays ) for this reliable carrier is 2 - 6 days and delivery is to your door

EMS International is a Postal Service and takes 5-10 working days , excluding customs delays . There is no insurance option for this carrier
